Club Policies


General Policies:

  • Club year runs from September 1 to August 31st.
  • Membership Renewal for the following year is due in advance by June 30th for payment by cash or cheque at a club meeting OR by July 31 if renewing online by credit card or Paypal.
  • Only NEW members and guests will be processed at the Sept 1 meeting. 
  • Members under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult member.


Guest Policies:

  • Guests are welcome to attend 2 meetings per club year paying the guest fee per meeting. If you wish to attend more, full membership is required. 
  • Monies paid in any club year to attend meetings as a guest will be applied as a credit towards an annual membership for the same club year.
  • Guests under the age of 18 are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult member.


Member Policies:

  • Members may participate in official Northumberland Photography Club Outings, Projects and Workshops. (Note: when there is an attendee limitation for any event, members will be notified in advance)
  • Members may submit images for Monthly Theme, Photographers' Choice and Outing Slideshows to be shown at our monthly meetings.
  • Members may submit images for the Members' Slideshow to be shown at our Dec meeting.
  • Members may submit their self-produced slideshow to be shown at our June meeting following our AGM.
  • Members may have their photography website link posted to our Members' Photo page on this website.
  • Members may join the private NPC Facebook Group.
  • Members may volunteer at our Club activities, participate on one of our committees, and participate as a member of the NPC executive team.
